200 nmol DNA CPG Synthesis Column; 8 mg of CPG with an average loading of 30-40 umol/g, so 240-320 nmol. Yield is always 40-60% of scale. 

These columns are NOT super overloaded like competitor columns where a 200 nmol column is actually 400-500 nmol column. Overloaded columns change your amidite:support ratio and negatively impact coupling efficiency.

This reduces quality and creates excess 'N minus' species which have to be purified out, etc.
